Terms of Service

1. The service

MusicCoach analyses recordings of guitar and piano practice and gives AI-generated feedback, scores and practice suggestions.

2. AI analysis disclaimer

Feedback is generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or wrong. It is an assistive tool and is not guaranteed to provide perfect musical transcription. Timing and rhythm analysis can be more reliable than exact note or chord detection, depending on recording quality. Use your own judgement and, where possible, a qualified teacher.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your recordings. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Only upload recordings you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the service, reverse-engineer it, or use automated tools to access it.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. See our Refund Policy.

7. Limits

Each plan includes a number of analyses as shown on the Pricing page. We may pause analyses temporarily for maintenance or to protect the service.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on AI feedback.
